He completed his orthopaedic residency at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center, followed by an Orthopaedic Trauma fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston and a pelvic/acetabular fellowship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. Dr. Zamorano specializes in orthopaedic trauma surgery, which consists of providing care for patients who have sustained fractures and other injuries. These injuries are often the result of:

  • Slips, trips and falls

Dr. Zamorano began his career as a professor at the University of California, Irvine, Medical Center. He spent 12 years as the Director of Orthopaedic Trauma where he enjoyed teaching Orthopaedic Surgery residents and medical students. After 6 years as an employed surgeon at St. Al’s, Dr. Zamorano has decided to become an independent surgeon so that he can focus on patient-based care. He is excited to take the knowledge and expertise that he has gained in the last 17 years, and provide exceptional care for all patients in the Treasure Valley. Lisa strives to make each patient feel comfortable and give them the time they need. She is also gifted with an incredible sense of humor, and uses that to lighten the mood as often as possible. Outside of her roles at the office, Lisa loves baking, being with her adorable dog, and taking her Jeep off-roading.

Allyson usually greets our patients as they enter the clinic. She is a vital component to our office by figuring out all sorts of mysteries and messes with insurances - a lay detective of sorts. Allyson earned her Bachelors in Health and Human Services. She values treating patients with respect and dignity.

When she is not figuring out an insurance or billing puzzle, Allyson enjoys a good conspiracy theory, baking, and visiting antique stores.

Joye has had a wide variety of administrative roles throughout her career. She is very compassionate and detailed - a great combination for medical clinic work!

Erica works as the practice manager, aka “chaos coordinator”. She keeps an eye on all the various administrative details. Somedays you may see her at the front desk or hear her voice confirming appointments. It is important to her that our patients feel valued and respected during this unexpected time of injury and distress.

Besides having an odd affinity for grammar, she enjoys her family, reading, and being outside as much as possible.

Bruce serves as the office mascot. He is ready at a moment’s notice to cheer or comfort! Bruce is a Bernadoodle: half Bernese Mountain dog and half Poodle (and hypo allergenic). He strives to be a very good boy!
